Frequently asked questions

  • How often doses my air conditioning need to be maintained?
    We recommend that you have your domestic air conditioning maintained at least once per year. For commercial buildings we recommend yearly, six monthly or even quarterly! This is to ensure you are kept within the warranty periods and to maximise the efficiency of your system.
  • How much does air conditioning cost to run?
    This is a question we love the most. A 2.5kw air conditioning system only requires 0.75kw of Power. What does that mean? 0.75kw x £0.32p per hour = £0.24p per hour it's used! This means for a 8 hour day/night of cooling or heating, that's £1.92 a day. Of course, we can use these systems as and when we need, so this figure can be more or much less depending on your requirements.
  • How long does it take to install?
    We aim to install 1 - 2 systems per day depending on pipe routes and lengths. This includes full commissioning and electrical works (if required).
  • How do we get a installation quote from you?
    Easy! 1. Either give us a call, or fill out the contact form. 2. We will contact you and book in a Survey. 3. On the Survey we will see where the best locations are, for both the indoor and outdoor units, take measurements and photos of the install locations. We will also look at the electrical requirements whilst on site for you! (don't worry, this is all free!) 4. A quote will be created to view straight away within a couple of days with an accept or decline option! We will include the electrical work required too, as an option. We don't want to keep you waiting! 5. That's it! If you decide to accept we will get the ball rolling with an installation date that suites both parties!
