Terms and Conditions for Air Conditioning Services
1. Scope of Services:
● The scope of services provided by JGAS Air Conditioning Ltd includes air conditioning installation, repair, maintenance, and related services as agreed upon with the client.
● Any additional services required beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges, subject to mutual agreement between JGAS Air Conditioning Ltd and the client.
2. Service Fees and Payment:
● Service fees will be communicated to the client prior to the commencement of any work.
● Payment terms, including deposit requirements, due dates, and accepted payment methods, will be outlined in quote or invoice provided to the client.
● All invoices must be paid in full within the specified timeframe to avoid late fees or penalties.
3. Materials and Equipment:
● JGAS Air Conditioning Ltd may supply materials, parts, or equipment necessary for the provision of services. Any such items remain the property of JGAS Air Conditioning Ltd until payment is received in full.
3. Scheduling and Appointment:
● JGAS Air Conditioning Ltd will make reasonable efforts to schedule service appointments at a time convenient for the client.
● The client agrees to provide access to the premises and necessary equipment for the provision of services at the scheduled appointment time.
● In the event of any changes or delays to the scheduled appointment, JGAS Air Conditioning Ltd will notify the client as soon as possible to reschedule.
4. Warranty and Guarantee:
● JGAS Air Conditioning Ltd warrants that all services provided will be performed with reasonable care and skill, in accordance with industry standards.
● Any parts or equipment supplied by JGAS Air Conditioning Ltd may be covered by manufacturer warranties, which will be provided to the client upon request.
● JGAS Air Conditioning Ltd guarantees the quality of workmanship and will rectify any defects or issues arising from the services provided, subject to the terms of the warranty.
5. Liability and Indemnity:
● JGAS Air Conditioning Ltd shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the client or any third party arising from the provision of services, except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct.
● The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless JGAS Air Conditioning Ltd and its employees from any claims, liabilities, or expenses resulting from the client's breach of these terms and conditions or misuse of the services provided.
6. Termination of Services:
● Either party may terminate the provision of services by providing written notice to the other party.
● Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for any services rendered up to the date of termination, as well as any outstanding fees or expenses incurred.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
● Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
8. Amendments and Modifications:
● JGAS Air Conditioning Ltd reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice to the client.
● Any amendments or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on JGAS Air Conditioning Ltd's website or other communication channels.

By engaging JGAS Air Conditioning Ltd for air conditioning services, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
